Have you ever wondered what it would be like to leave your family and the only land you have ever known to seek higher education and greater opportunity in another country?  Have you ever considered the courage and determination it would take to plunge into your college experience, studying challenging subjects in a language that is not your native tongue?  The Core Theatre has collaborated with UTD foreign students representing the nations of Taiwan, Kenya, The Democratic Republic of Congo, and Nigeria to create this enlightening theatre experience.  These students will share their own stories as they lead the audience through the process of coming to the United States and petitioning to attend our universities In North Texas.  ONE WEEKEND ONLY!  

Shows continue Friday through Sunday at The Core Theatre, 518 W. Arapaho Rd., Ste. 115, Richardson, TX 75080.  Friday and Saturday performances are at 8:00 pm and the box office opens at 7:30 pm. The Sunday performance is at 3:00 pm and the box office opens at 2:30 pm.  Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for Seniors (65+), and $10 for students.  Tickets may be purchased on our website, https://thecoretheatre.org or at the door.  For more information, you may call 214-930-5338.
