The Richardson Civic Art Society was organized in 1966 as the first Art group in Richardson. Then and now, our mission includes organizing and supporting artists and projects that further the creative visual arts. As a 501 C3 non-profit organization, our all-volunteer membership is the heartbeat of RCAS. We welcome new members.
