Six renowned artists of The Association of American Chinese Painters and Calligraphers will fly from New York to exhibit their paintings and calligraphy at the Dallas Chinese Community Center. Led by Prof. Maw Chyuan Wang, an accomplished Chinese philosopher and artist, the group will demonstrate five major styles of Chinese calligraphy in Saturday afternoon and demonstrate Chinese painting in Sunday morning.

Come to appreciate the art so rich in history that it has evolved over thousands years since the invention of Chinese characters. Chinese painting and calligraphy focus on the expression of inner spirit rather than the outer form.
