Read Play Love‘s spring musical, Whirld!: A Musical Flight Through the Impossible, is a fantasy story loosely inspired by Jules Verne’s classic, Around the World in 80 Days. Taking place in 1893 in a visual steampunk landscape, the story moves through 19th century London, China, India, and the Chicago World’s Fair as a mysterious game offers untold riches to achieve . . . “the impossible!” At the core are important messages about equal rights for women, inclusion for differently-abled bodies and minds, and cultural acceptance of people who come from different backgrounds. Over 70 kids participating in 2 colorful, inspiring productions!
