Photography often exposes as much about the photographer as it does the subject, and in the case of the March 12 AIR Time, David Fisher will interview AIR’s very own award-winning photographer, Kathy Tran.

Photographer and photojournalist Kathy Tran is a product of the Richardson ISD. Having been a photographer for more than 10 years, she currently shoots for six-plus publications. Her thriving business encompasses photography ranging from fine fashion, weddings, food, and everything in between. Kathy’s vast skill-set and infectious personality set her apart. Currently Kathy lives and works in Deep Ellum in her own photo studio with boyfriend Daniel Rockey, well-known as a power couple.

This evening’s movie selection is BLOW-UP (1966, NR, 1h 51m), directed by Michelangelo Antonioni, and starring David Hemmings, Vanessa Redgrave, and Sarah Miles. In this mod story intertwined with fashion, pop music and intrigue, a photographer (Hemmings) discovers something suspicious in some innocent photographs he captured of a mysterious beauty in a local park. When blowing up the negatives, he uncovers something more sinister.
