The Richardson Civic Art Society was organized in 1966 as the first Art group in Richardson. Then and now, our mission includes organizing and supporting artists and projects that further the creative visual arts. As a 501 C3 non-profit organization, our all-volunteer membership is the heartbeat of RCAS. We welcome new members. Meetings are open and free to the public and are held in the basement conference room of the Richardson Public Library, at 6:30 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, September though May of each year.
